Restorative Yoga & Reiki 'Embrace the New Year'

Now is a time of transition, time to take stock and shed what no longer serves you. So relax, dig deep, tune into what really matters, and step fully into your power. Enjoy a special 90 minute restorative yoga practice including guided meditation, breath work, and individual reiki.
Restorative yoga is the yoga of being, in which students find extended rest in supported seated and reclined shapes using bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This practices encourages deep relaxation and renewal of the body, mind and spirit.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves. A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional.
It is recommended that students bring an eye pillow, water bottle, socks and extra layers to cover with.
